IMPORTANT:
This SCV (Suction Control Valve) fits John Deere 4045 PowerTech 4.5L engines with Denso common rail fuel pumps. Supersession: RE532250 and RE534109 both replaced by DZ111137. Do NOT confuse with 6068/6090 SCVs (DZ111135/DZ111136/DZ111138/DZ111141) — those are for 6-cylinder engines and will not interchange. Application is limited to 5R-series tractors (5080R-5115M) and 326E/328E/332E skid steers with the 4045 engine.

Failure symptoms: hard starting or no-start, sudden engine shutdown, power loss under load, rough idle, RPM capped below 2000, and ECU codes P0089 (SCV stuck) or P0628 (SCV open circuit). These valves rarely fail without cause — degraded or water-laden fuel is the #1 root cause. Always replace fuel filters when installing a new SCV. If debris caused the failure, flush the entire fuel system (tank, lines, and rail) before installing the new valve. Common rail systems run at 25,000+ PSI — keep all fittings and the SCV bore spotlessly clean during installation.

⚠️ Confirm your engine is 4045 (4-cyl 4.5L) before ordering.
