IMPORTANT:
EXHAUST valve for Cummins B3.3 engines (3.3L, 4-cylinder, direct injection, mechanical fuel system). The B3.3 is the earlier, mechanically-governed version of this engine family. The later common rail version is the QSB3.3, which uses a DIFFERENT exhaust valve (5309399). Do NOT interchange B3.3 and QSB3.3 exhaust valves — verify your engine is the mechanical B3.3, not the common rail QSB3.3. This is the #1 ordering mistake with this part. Requires 4 exhaust valves per engine.

The Cummins B3.3 is based on the Kubota V3307 engine design and appears in Case SR175/SR200/SV185/SV250 skid steers (2008-2015 era) and Cat 303.5C/304C mini excavators. In Caterpillar equipment, this engine may be labeled as 3044C or B3.3 depending on the model year. When replacing, inspect valve guides for wear, check seats for pitting, and replace valve stem seals. Adjust valve lash to spec after reassembly. On mechanical injection engines, rough running after valve work may indicate incorrect lash or a need to re-time the injection pump.
