IMPORTANT:
INTAKE valve for Perkins 804C and 804D engines (3.3L, 4-cylinder, turbocharged, direct injection). The Perkins 804C/D is a compact 4-cylinder diesel used primarily in JCB mini excavators and compact equipment. Do NOT confuse with the larger Perkins 1104C/1104D (4.4L) — the 804C/D is a different, smaller engine family with different valve dimensions. Also do NOT confuse with Cummins B3.3/QSB3.3 valves — despite the same displacement, these are different engine designs. Requires 4 intake valves per engine. Do NOT confuse with exhaust valve MP10423.

Fits JCB 8040Z/8045Z/8050Z/8052/8055/8060 mini excavators and similar JCB compact equipment. When replacing, inspect valve guides for wear (wobble test) and valve seats for pitting or recession. Replace valve stem seals during any valve job — old seals cause oil consumption and blue smoke. Check spring free length and installed pressure against Perkins service manual specs. Adjust valve lash after reassembly.
