Engine Installation Gasket Kit Polaris SL SLT
Engine installation gasket kit for Polaris SL 650 SL 750 and SLT 750 personal watercraft with the Fuji 2-stroke triple cylinder engine. The 650 model uses the 647cc engine with a 65mm bore and 65mm stroke producing 68 HP and the 750 models use the 749cc engine with a 69.75mm bore and 65mm stroke producing 80 HP. Both variants feature triple diaphragm carburetors CDI ignition reed valve induction and oil injection with a compression ratio of 10.7 to 1. This complete kit provides all gaskets required for engine installation including head base exhaust intake and reed valve gaskets sealing every critical junction. On marine 2-stroke engines the crankcase is part of the induction system making proper gasket sealing essential for correct fuel air ratio. A failed gasket causes lean running overheating and engine damage. Replace all gaskets during any engine installation or major rebuild. Ensure all surfaces are clean and flat before reassembly.
