Premium piston kit designed for the Yamaha YFZ450 series sport ATVs including the YFZ450 2004-2013, YFZ450R 2009-2025, and YFZ450X 2008-2011 with the 449cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine. The 94.98mm Size C piston provides factory-specified clearance within the standard 95mm cylinder bore for optimal ring seal and compression across the full RPM range of the DOHC 5-valve engine. Kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for all Yamaha YFZ450 YFZ450R and YFZ450X applications. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in sport ATV and quad racing conditions. The YFZ450 series features a liquid-cooled DOHC engine with five titanium valves and five-speed transmission for competitive sport ATV racing and trail riding. Installs directly into the standard 95mm cylinder bore for a complete top-end rebuild on all YFZ450 YFZ450R and YFZ450X sport ATVs.
