Direct replacement piston kit engineered for the Yamaha YFZ450 449cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC 5-valve sport ATV 2004-2013 and the YFZ450R 2009-2025 sharing the same 95mm cylinder bore. The Size C piston at 94.98mm provides factory-specified piston-to-wall clearance within the standard 95mm cylinder bore for optimal ring seal and 4-stroke performance across the full RPM range. Kit comes complete with forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a top-end rebuild on the Yamaha YFZ450 YFZ450R and YFZ450X. Precision machined on CNC equipment using premium forged aluminum alloy for reliable sealing and consistent power delivery in sport ATV and quad racing conditions. The YFZ450R features Yamaha's proven DOHC engine with titanium valves and fuel injection providing competitive power for sport ATV racing.
