Direct replacement 74mm cylinder sleeve engineered for the BRP Rotax 900 ACE and 900 HO ACE 3-cylinder 4-stroke DOHC engine used in all Sea-Doo Spark personal watercraft from 2014 through 2025. This cast iron cylinder sleeve restores proper bore dimensions when the original factory cylinder bore has become scored, worn, or damaged beyond the limits of standard reconditioning. Manufactured with the correct outside diameter for proper interference fit and heat transfer characteristics in the aluminum engine block. Fits all Spark variants including the 2UP, 3UP HO, Spark 60, Spark 90, and TRIXX models equipped with the 74mm bore Rotax 900 ACE engine. Professional machine shop installation is required for pressing the sleeve and honing to final bore dimensions with proper crosshatch pattern. Confirm your engine bore diameter before purchasing to verify proper fitment.
