This 74mm standard bore cylinder sleeve is designed for the Sea-Doo Spark personal watercraft powered by the BRP Rotax 900 ACE and 900 HO ACE 3-cylinder 4-stroke DOHC engine. The cylinder sleeve is a precision-machined cast iron liner that presses into the aluminum engine block to provide the cylinder bore surface for piston ring sealing and heat transfer. Compatible with all Sea-Doo Spark models from 2014 through 2025 including the Spark 2UP, Spark 3UP HO, Spark 60, Spark 90, Spark DT, Spark NA, and all Spark TRIXX variants. Proper cylinder sleeve condition is critical for maintaining compression, oil control, and preventing coolant intrusion into the combustion chamber. Installation requires machine shop pressing into the engine block and finish honing to achieve proper bore diameter and surface finish. Verify your engine model and bore size before ordering to ensure correct application.
