The precision-manufactured center gear ensures proper crankshaft to balance shaft gear mesh for smooth engine operation and is built to standards for reliable performance in the Rotax 951 DI powerplant. The crankshaft center gear is essential for maintaining proper engine balance and timing in the twin-cylinder Rotax 951 DI engine and should be inspected during any crankshaft rebuild or replacement. This gear fits only the DI direct injection Rotax 951 engine and is not interchangeable with the carbureted Rotax 951 crankshaft center gear.
