Direct OEM replacement jackshaft/spindle/mandrel assembly for Murray 38" and 40" deck riding lawn mowers including 385000, 405000 series models and additional Murray models. Height 7-1/4", shaft OD 5/8", 9/16"-18 UNF thread at each end. Aluminum housing with grease fitting and dual-sided bearings. Pulley ordered separately. Mounting holes not threaded — use self-tapping screws. Replaces Murray 1001046, 1001200, 1001200MA, and 492574MA.
