Direct replacement crankshaft repair sleeve for Polaris and Sea-Doo personal watercraft engines covering 580cc through 720cc models from 1989 through 2005. This precision-machined sleeve presses onto the crankshaft at the oil seal contact area to provide a fresh smooth sealing surface, restoring proper oil seal function without the expense of a new crankshaft. The repair sleeve is manufactured from hardened steel to provide excellent wear resistance and long service life in the high-RPM personal watercraft engine environment. Installing a crank repair sleeve during engine rebuild is a cost-effective alternative to crankshaft replacement when the seal journal surface shows wear grooves or damage from the original oil seal. Compatible with Polaris 700cc personal watercraft on the magneto side and Sea-Doo 580cc through 720cc personal watercraft on the PTO side of the crankshaft assembly.
