PRODUCT DETAILS:
This crankshaft repair sleeve is designed for Polaris 700cc and Sea-Doo 580cc, 650cc, and 720cc personal watercraft engines. The repair sleeve restores the crankshaft oil seal surface area that becomes worn or grooved over time from normal seal contact and rotation, eliminating the need to replace the entire crankshaft. For Polaris 700cc engines the sleeve installs on the magneto side of the crankshaft, and for Sea-Doo 580cc, 650cc, and 720cc engines it installs on the PTO side. Compatible with all Polaris 700cc jet ski models including the Freedom, Hurricane, SL, SLH, SLT, and Virage from 1996 through 2004. all Sea-Doo 580cc models from the SP and GT through the GTS and GTX, 650cc XPI, and 720cc models including the GS, GSI, GTI, GTI LE, and HX from 1989 through 2005. A worn crankshaft seal surface will cause oil leaks and potential engine damage if the seal cannot properly seat against a smooth crank surface. Verify your engine model and crankshaft configuration before ordering to confirm correct application.
