Complete gasket kit for the 1991-1995 Kawasaki 550 SX personal watercraft equipped with the 531cc 2-stroke 2-cylinder inline twin engine featuring a 75mm bore and 60mm stroke with CDI ignition and reed valve induction producing approximately 47 horsepower. This comprehensive gasket kit includes all the gaskets needed for a complete engine rebuild including head gaskets base gaskets exhaust gaskets and reed valve gaskets. The 550 SX was the evolution of the earlier JS550 platform featuring reed valve induction instead of piston ports which significantly improved power output and throttle response for competitive stand-up jet ski racing. The 2-stroke marine engine operates under severe thermal cycling and constant water cooling which degrades gasket materials over time. Replacing all gaskets during an engine rebuild ensures proper sealing at every junction and prevents compression leaks.
