• The pulley is a TWO groove V belt for 3/8 inch belts, 69 mm
• The forklift engines run V belts and take this pulley

• Count the grooves on the old pulley before you order

THE 105 AMP UPGRADE:
• The original unit on these machines is a 70 AMP 7SI
• This is the same 7SI case and the same mounting ears
• It gives 105 AMP, 35 more than the unit coming off
• Check that the charge wire and the belt suit the higher output
• A worn or glazed belt will slip under the extra load

HOW TO VERIFY FIT:
• Count the pulley grooves, this unit has TWO V grooves
• The belts are 3/8 inch and the pulley is 69 mm
• Ear 1 is M8-1.25 threaded, ear 2 is 10 mm plain and 50.6 mm thick
• The B+ stud is M6-1.0 and the regulator clock is 12:30
• The regulator and the fan are both inside the case

DO NOT ORDER IF:
• Your engine runs a SIX groove serpentine belt
• Your pulley is a single groove serpentine
• Your charge circuit is not rated for 105 amps
• Your machine is 24 volt, this unit is 12 volt
• Your old unit turns counterclockwise, this one turns clockwise
