PERKINS INDUSTRIAL ENGINES:
• Perkins 804C-33/804C-33T/804D-33/804D-33T 804C 2.2L Diesel (2002-2015)
THWAITES DUMPERS:
• Thwaites 1T/3T/6T Perkins 804C 2.2L Diesel (2004-2015)
TEREX COMPACT EQUIPMENT:
• Terex TC16/TC20/TC29 Perkins 804C 2.2L Diesel (2003-2012)
IMPORTANT:
CYLINDER #1 high-pressure line for the Perkins 804C/804D engine (2.2L 4-cyl). Each cylinder has a unique line — NOT interchangeable between positions. The #4 line is MP10353, not MP10221 — numbering is not sequential. Full set: MP10218 (#1), MP10219 (#2), MP10220 (#3), MP10353 (#4).
The 804C-33/804D-33 is a DIFFERENT engine from the Perkins 404C-22 (Cat 3024/C2.2) despite both being 2.2L Perkins diesels. The 804C uses a different block, injection pump, and line routing. Do NOT cross-reference with 404C lines. Found in Thwaites dumpers, Terex compact excavators, and Perkins industrial gensets.
Symptoms: fuel leak at fittings, diesel odor, single-cylinder misfire. Use flare-nut wrenches. Bleed fuel system after install — small engines like the 804C are sensitive to air in the lines.
⚠️ Confirm Perkins 804C/804D — not 404C/404D or Cat 3024/C2.2.
