IMPORTANT:
This tensioner has a GROOVED pulley for V-ribbed serpentine belts on Cummins C-series 8.3L engines (6CT, 6CTA, ISC, QSC). If your engine uses a flat/non-grooved belt, you need 3914086 instead. Ordering the wrong pulley type causes rapid belt wear and slippage.
