IMPORTANT:
400 inch-pound tension rating — this is the heavy-duty tensioner for 6076 (7.6L), 6081 (8.1L), and 6090 (9.0L) PowerTech engines in large-frame equipment. Do NOT substitute RE518097 (200 in-lb) or RE68715 (300 in-lb) — using a lower-rated tensioner on these engines will cause immediate belt slippage and accessory drive failure under load.

Primary applications: 8000/8010 series tractors (8100-8410), heavy construction (644G, 750C, 850C, 770C/772CH), and harvesters (6610, 6650, 7200-7500). 74mm grooved pulley for serpentine belt routing.

Failure symptoms: belt squeal under heavy engine load, alternator warning light, water pump slippage causing overheating, or A/C dropout. Replace the serpentine belt during tensioner replacement — a worn belt defeats the purpose of a new tensioner.
