IMPORTANT:
ASSEMBLY (core plus housing) — not core-only. If housing is good, you may only need core B225-6817. Fits Cat 3054C/C4.4 in 416D/E/F, 420D/E/F, 428-432 backhoe loaders and 312D2/313D2 excavators. Cat 3054C = Perkins 1104C-44. Perkins equivalent: P4134W025.
Multiple coolers fit 3054/C4.4 — plate count matters. This is 9-plate. Earlier machines may use 5-plate (B233-7222) or 7-plate (B247-6318). Do NOT mix plate counts.
Failure symptoms: milky oil, oil in coolant, coolant loss, elevated oil temps. Inspect housing bore and replace all gaskets during install.
⚠️ Confirm assembly vs core-only and 9-plate count.
