IMPORTANT:
This valve cover gasket fits the Yanmar 4TNV86CT and 4TNV88C engines — these are 4-CYLINDER variants. Do NOT confuse with Yanmar 129A00-11310 which fits the 3-CYLINDER 3TNV88C. The 3-cyl and 4-cyl gaskets are completely different sizes and shapes. The #1 ordering mistake is confusing the 3-cyl and 4-cyl versions. Count your cylinders or check the engine nameplate before ordering.

Found in Takeuchi TB175/TB180FR excavators and various Yanmar-powered industrial equipment. Failure symptoms: oil seeping from the valve cover, oil dripping onto the exhaust manifold. The rubber gasket hardens from heat cycling. When replacing, clean both the valve cover and cylinder head mating surfaces thoroughly. Inspect the valve cover for warping. Torque bolts evenly per the Yanmar service manual — overtightening causes the rubber gasket to deform and leak.

⚠️ 4-CYLINDER gasket (4TNV86CT/4TNV88C) — not 3-cylinder (3TNV88C). Verify engine.
