IMPORTANT:
12V brushless electric fuel transfer pump (lift pump) — NOT the high-pressure injection pump. Supplies fuel from tank to common rail system on 6090 PowerTech 9.0L engines. Used in 8R/8RT/8225R-8345RT tractors, S-Series combines (S660-S690), 9R/9RT tractors.
Failure symptoms: hard starting, power loss, stalling at idle, fuel starvation codes. Replaces DZ112082 and RE532519. If machine dies intermittently and restarts after sitting, suspect this pump. Check 12V connector for corrosion before condemning pump.
⚠️ Low-pressure lift pump only — not a high-pressure injection pump.
