IMPORTANT:
Oil pump for International/Navistar DT466 — the MECHANICAL injection (pre-electronic) version used in 1977-1993 medium-duty trucks. Do NOT confuse with the electronic DT466E (1994+) which uses a different pump. The DT466 mechanical is a 7.6L inline-six found in International S-series trucks, school buses, and industrial applications.

OEM variants: 1808832C91, 1808832C92 — same pump, different suffixes denote production runs. Gerotor type with gear drive. Failure symptoms: low idle pressure, oil pressure warning light on dash, bearing knock at cold start. These engines are 30-45 years old — inspect pump bore, drive gear, and oil pickup tube. Replace gasket set and prime pump before first start. If low pressure persists after pump replacement, check main bearings.
