IMPORTANT:
Mechanical fuel transfer pump — THREADED fitting variant (screw-in connections). NOT interchangeable with barbed (RE502513) or combo (RE68345). This is a HIGH-RISK variant group — fitting type is the #1 ordering mistake with these pumps.
For JD 5410/5415/5420 and similar tractors (1998-2008) with 4045/6068 PowerTech engines. Also sold as DZ110617 and DZ117588. Cam-lobe driven mechanical lift pump. Failure symptoms: fuel leak at fittings, hard starting, power loss under load, engine stalling. When installing threaded fittings, use appropriate thread sealant and do not overtighten — stripped threads cause leaks.
⚠️ Verify THREADED fittings on your existing pump — do not assume by tractor model.
