IMPORTANT:
Stanadyne DE2 injection pump for 6068T and 6068D engines (Tier 1, lower emissions tier). NOT for 6068H — use RE557897 instead. The T/D vs H distinction is critical and is the #1 ordering error. Engine tier is stamped on your engine nameplate. Applications: tractors (6215/6515/6520/6615/6620/6715/6820), combines, loaders, skidders, dozers.
Failure symptoms: hard cranking, power loss under load, misfiring, black/white exhaust smoke, rough idle, stalling. Contaminated fuel is the leading cause of Stanadyne pump failure. Always replace fuel filters and bleed the system during installation. Stanadyne DE2635-6320 is the manufacturer code. Never crank engine without priming — dry operation destroys pump internals.
⚠️ Verify 6068T or 6068D on engine plate — not 6068H.
