New 150 amp Valeo-family alternator for the 2021-2025 Kia K5 sedan and Kia Sorento SUV equipped with the 2.5L (2497cc / 152 CID) Smartstream GDI I4 DOHC engine. Delivers consistent 12 volt output at 150 amps with clockwise rotation for reliable charging performance across all operating scenarios and electrical loads during daily driving. Features a 6-groove overrunning alternator decoupler (OAD) pulley for smooth belt tracking and reduced noise vibration during engine operation and start-stop cycling. Internal regulator with LIN communication protocol and internal fan for efficient voltage regulation and cooling under all temperature conditions and operating scenarios. Fits K5 LXS/GT-Line/EX and Sorento LX/S trims. M8-1.25 B+ terminal. LIN spade connector terminal. Direct replacement for 37300-2SGD1 and Valeo 2723062. Sold individually.
