Dual Fuel/Air Pressure Gauge — Mercury Optimax Verado DFI Outboard
Dual pressure gauge tool for simultaneous fuel and air pressure measurement on Mercury DFI Optimax and Verado outboard engines. Connects to the schrader valve test ports on both the fuel rail and air rail for efficient diagnostic testing. Used by marine technicians to verify proper fuel delivery pressure, air compressor output, and the critical fuel-to-air pressure differential on Optimax DFI systems. The fuel side operates at approximately 88-90 PSI with the air side regulated 10-15 PSI lower, and this gauge allows simultaneous verification of both readings. Compatible with all Mercury Optimax DFI horsepower ratings, Verado 135 through 300 HP, and DFI Sport Jet models. Replaces Mercury 852087, 852087A1, 852087A2, 852087A3, and 91-881834A1.
