This jet pump bearing is a conical angular contact bearing designed specifically for the Sea-Doo Spark platform with the 900cc ACE 4-stroke engine from 2014 through 2024. The Spark uses a different jet pump bearing than the larger Sea-Doo 4-TEC models, and this bearing is unique to the Spark platform including all 2UP, 3UP, HO, 60, 90, TRIXX, DT, and NA variants. The conical angular contact design allows this bearing to support both radial loads from shaft rotation and axial thrust loads generated by the impeller during operation. The bearing is located in the jet pump housing after the impeller shaft and provides the primary support point for the impeller drive shaft inside the pump assembly. A worn jet pump bearing on the Spark will cause vibration, unusual noise from the pump area, reduced thrust output, and potential impeller shaft damage if not replaced during service.
