Direct replacement lower rod bearing for connecting rod service in Yamaha V6 2-stroke outboard engines from 200HP through 300HP covering model years 1990 through 2015. This caged needle bearing replaces the original connecting rod lower bearing in Yamaha V6 outboard engines across 76-degree and 3.3-liter HPDI configurations with two different bore sizes. Manufactured to match or exceed specifications for proper fit and durability in the demanding marine outboard environment where saltwater and high RPM create extreme bearing loads. The V6 76-degree models with 3.544-inch bore and the V6 3.3L HPDI models with 3.660-inch bore both use this same connecting rod bearing design for crankshaft journal service. A worn or damaged connecting rod bearing can cause excessive crankshaft play, rod knock, unusual engine noise, and eventual engine failure if not replaced during rebuild.
