PRODUCT DETAILS:
This pack of 44 loose needle rollers is designed for the center main bearing position in Mercury and Mariner V6 3.0-liter 2-stroke outboard engines from 200 horsepower to 300 horsepower. The needle rollers operate between the crankshaft journal and the outer race at the center main bearing location in the V6 powerhead. This listing includes 44 loose needle rollers only and does not include the outer race which is sold separately. Compatible with Mercury 3.0L V6 outboard engines including carbureted 225HP, EFI 225HP and 250HP, Pro Max 300HP, Optimax 200HP and 225HP, and Sea Pro 225HP models from 1994 through 2004. Important: Mercury used two different styles of center main bearing on the 3.0L engines. These rollers fit the two-row roller style only and will not work with the later single-row caged bearing design. Always count and verify all 44 needle rollers are properly seated during reassembly to prevent crankshaft damage. Verify your part number before ordering to confirm correct application for your specific engine.
