PRODUCT DETAILS:
This crankshaft bearing is designed for Tiger Shark 2-stroke personal watercraft engines covering 900cc and 1000cc models from 1995 through 1999. Five of these bearings are required per engine and they fit all crankshaft positions except the magneto (MAG) side, making this a critical component for any Tiger Shark engine rebuild. The bearing fits the Daytona 1000, Monte Carlo 900 and 1000, TigerShark 900, TS-L 900 and 1000, and TS-R 1000 models produced during the Tiger Shark era of Arctic Cat personal watercraft. Tiger Shark was the personal watercraft brand of Arctic Cat, and these models were known for strong performance in their displacement class during the late 1990s PWC boom. A worn crankshaft bearing causes increased engine noise, vibration, power loss, and can lead to catastrophic engine failure if not replaced during engine rebuild or service intervals. When rebuilding a Tiger Shark 900 or 1000cc engine, all five crankshaft bearings should be replaced simultaneously to ensure even wear and proper crankshaft support throughout the engine. Manufactured to specifications for proper fit and reliable performance in high-RPM 2-stroke marine applications. Verify your part number and engine configuration before ordering to confirm correct application.
