This complete secondary oil pump assembly is designed for the Sea-Doo RXP personal watercraft powered by the BRP Rotax 1503cc 4-TEC 3-cylinder 4-stroke supercharged engine. The secondary oil pump is located at the front of the engine and works in conjunction with the primary rear oil pump to ensure proper oil circulation and lubrication throughout the engine. This is a complete pump assembly that includes the oil pump shaft, outer rotor, housing, cover plate, O-rings, and all internal components ready for direct installation. The pump is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory unit and requires no modifications for installation on the 2004 RXP S/C and 2005 RXP models. Proper oil pump function is critical to maintaining adequate oil pressure and preventing premature engine wear in the high-performance supercharged 1503cc 4-TEC powerplant.
