This comprehensive kit includes all critical engine fasteners: 8 cylinder head bolts (BRP 290641110/420641110, M11x147mm flanged Torx with washers), 8 crankcase bolts (BRP 290641120/420641120, M10x82mm), 6 rocker arm bolts (BRP 711641080/420641080, M8x72mm), and 6 connecting rod bolts (BRP 420640990/420640991). The cylinder head bolts are torque-to-yield (TTY) stretch type and MUST be replaced any time the cylinder head is removed to prevent torque loss and potential engine failure. Essential for complete engine rebuilds on Challenger, Cruise, Base, Explorer Pro, Fish Pro, and GTI models.
