The 66.5mm piston is 1.5mm larger than the standard 65mm bore providing a precision fit in cylinders that have been professionally bored oversize to reclaim engines with worn or damaged cylinder walls. Kit comes complete with cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a comprehensive oversize top-end rebuild on the Honda TRX200 FourTrax ATV. Precision machined on CNC equipment using low-expansion piston alloy for reliable sealing and consistent power delivery in the Honda 199cc utility ATV engine. This oversize piston kit provides proper fit and dependable performance for all 1990-1997 Honda TRX200 and TRX200D FourTrax utility ATVs when the cylinder has been bored to the 66.5mm oversize specification.
