This piston kit is a direct replacement for the Yamaha YZ450F 2014-2025, WR450F 2016-2025, and YZ450FX 2016-2025 with the 449cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC 4-valve engine. The 96.96mm Size B piston is designed for the standard 97mm cylinder bore providing factory-specified clearance for optimal ring seal and compression. Each kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for all YZ450F, WR450F, and YZ450FX applications. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in motocross and enduro conditions. Installs directly into the standard 97mm cylinder bore for piston replacement or top-end rebuild on all applicable Yamaha 450 models.
