This piston kit is a direct replacement for the Yamaha YZ450F 2014-2025, WR450F 2016-2025, and YZ450FX 2016-2025 with the 449cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC 4-valve engine. The 96.95mm Size A piston is designed for the standard 97mm cylinder bore providing factory-specified piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression. Each kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for all YZ450F, WR450F, and YZ450FX applications. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in racing conditions. The YZ450F features a liquid-cooled DOHC engine with four titanium valves, 12.5:1 compression ratio, and five-speed transmission for competitive motocross racing. Installs directly into the standard 97mm bore for piston replacement or top-end rebuild on all YZ450F, WR450F, and YZ450FX bikes.
