The 0.25mm oversize piston at 85.25mm provides proper piston-to-wall clearance within the 85.25mm overbored cylinder for optimal ring seal and 4-stroke performance across the full RPM range. Kit comes complete with cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a comprehensive top-end rebuild on compatible Honda 397cc models. Precision machined on CNC equipment using low-expansion piston alloy for reliable sealing and consistent power delivery in sport ATV and off-road riding conditions.
