This piston kit is a direct replacement for the Honda TRX420 FourTrax Rancher utility ATV produced from 2007 through 2025 with the 420cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder 4-stroke OHV engine. The 86.75mm 0.25mm oversize piston is designed for the 0.25mm overbored cylinder providing proper piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in the TRX420 Rancher engine. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for all Honda TRX420 Rancher applications. Manufactured using low-expansion piston alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in utility and recreational ATV riding conditions. The TRX420 Rancher is a versatile utility ATV featuring a dependable liquid-cooled 4-stroke OHV engine with fuel injection for excellent trail riding and work performance. Installs directly into the 0.25mm oversize 86.75mm cylinder bore without modifications for piston replacement or top-end rebuild on all Honda TRX420 FourTrax Rancher ATV models.
