This piston kit is a direct replacement for the Yamaha YZ450F 2003-2009, WR450F 2003-2015, and Gas Gas EC-F 450 2013-2015 with the 449cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC 5-valve single-cylinder engine. The 94.96mm Size B piston is designed for the standard 95mm cylinder bore providing factory-specified piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in the high-performance 4-stroke engine. Each kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for all Yamaha YZ450F WR450F and Gas Gas EC-F 450 applications. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in motocross and enduro racing conditions. The YZ450F features a DOHC engine with titanium valves and five-speed transmission for competitive motocross racing. Installs directly into the standard 95mm cylinder bore for piston replacement or top-end rebuild on all YZ450F WR450F and Gas Gas EC-F 450 motocross and enduro bikes.
