The Size C piston at 67.96mm provides factory-specified piston-to-wall clearance within the standard 68mm cylinder bore for optimal ring seal and 2-stroke performance across the full RPM range. Kit comes complete with cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston ring, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a comprehensive top-end rebuild on the Yamaha YZ250 and WR250. Precision machined on CNC equipment using low-expansion piston alloy for reliable sealing and consistent power delivery in motocross and off-road racing conditions.
