This 2mm oversize piston kit is designed for the Yamaha 595cc air-cooled 4-stroke SOHC single-cylinder engine used across the TT 600, XT 600, and Grizzly 600 model families. The 97mm oversize piston provides optimal piston-to-wall clearance for proper ring seal and compression in cylinders bored 2mm over the standard 95mm bore. Each kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for the Yamaha 595cc engine. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in both motorcycle and ATV applications.
