This 0.5mm oversize piston kit is designed for the Yamaha 660cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke 5-valve SOHC single-cylinder engine used across the Grizzly 660, Raptor 660, and Rhino 660 model families. The 100.5mm oversize piston provides optimal piston-to-wall clearance for proper ring seal and compression in cylinders bored 0.5mm over the standard 100mm bore. Each kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for the Yamaha 660cc engine. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in demanding ATV and UTV applications.
