PRODUCT DETAILS:
Oversize replacement piston kit engineered for Yamaha 350cc ATV models including the Warrior 350, Raptor 350, Grizzly 350, Wolverine 350, and Bruin 350 when the cylinder has been bored 0.5mm over standard. The 83.5mm piston provides factory-specified clearance within the bored cylinder for optimal ring seal and restored compression in the air-cooled SOHC engine. Kit comes complete with forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston ring, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a comprehensive top-end rebuild on Yamaha 350 ATVs. Precision machined on CNC equipment using premium forged aluminum alloy for reliable sealing and consistent performance in sport, utility, and trail riding conditions. This oversize piston kit requires the cylinder to be bored to 83.5mm and is used when the standard 83mm bore cylinder needs service on Yamaha 350 models.
