This 0.5mm oversize piston kit is designed for the Yamaha Warrior 350, Raptor 350, Grizzly 350, Wolverine 350, and Bruin 350 with the 348cc air-cooled SOHC engine when the standard 83mm bore has been bored to 83.5mm. The 83.5mm oversize piston provides proper piston-to-wall clearance in the bored cylinder for optimal ring seal and compression recovery during top-end rebuilds. Each kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston ring, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for all Yamaha 350 ATV applications listed. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in ATV riding conditions. Requires cylinder bored to 83.5mm for use during top-end rebuilds when the standard bore has exceeded its service limit on Yamaha 350cc ATV models.
