This 2.00mm overbore piston kit is designed for the 398cc liquid-cooled DOHC 4-valve 4-stroke single-cylinder engine used in the Suzuki DR-Z 400 dual sport motorcycle and LT-Z 400 QuadSport ATV, as well as the Kawasaki KFX 400 and KLX 400R. The 92.00mm piston provides precise piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in properly bored cylinders for the DR-Z 400 and KFX 400 engine platforms. Each kit includes forged aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a complete top-end rebuild of the 398cc liquid-cooled DOHC 4-stroke engine. Manufactured using premium forged aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in demanding off-road and dual sport applications.
