This Grade B standard bore piston kit is designed for the 249cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC single cylinder engine used in KTM 250cc off-road motorcycles from 2005 through 2013. The 75.97mm Grade B piston provides precise piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in factory-spec cylinders for the KTM 250 SX-F engine. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a complete top-end rebuild of the 249cc 4-stroke DOHC engine. Manufactured using premium cast aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in off-road motocross and enduro applications. Fits KTM 250 SX-F (2005-2012), EXC-F 250 (2007-2013), and XC-F 250 (2007-2013) using the liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC single cylinder engine with 76.0mm bore and 55.0mm stroke.
