This 0.5mm oversize piston kit is designed for the 951cc Rotax 951 2-stroke inline twin-cylinder engine used in Sea-Doo personal watercraft and sport boats from 1997 through 2007. The 88.5mm 0.5mm oversize piston provides precise piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in overbored cylinders for the Sea-Doo 951 Rotax engine. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston ring, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a top-end rebuild of the 951cc Rotax 951 twin-cylinder engine. Manufactured using premium cast aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in marine watercraft applications. The Sea-Doo 951 Rotax engine is a 2-stroke inline twin with RAVE exhaust valves delivering 88mm bore and 78mm stroke with 6.1:1 compression for responsive watercraft performance.
