This standard bore piston kit is designed for the 951cc Rotax 951 2-stroke twin-cylinder engine used in Sea-Doo watercraft and sport boats from 1997 through 2007. The 88mm piston provides precise piston-to-wall clearance for optimal ring seal and compression in factory-spec cylinders for the Sea-Doo Rotax 951 engine. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, piston ring, hardened wrist pin, and circlips for a top-end rebuild of the 951cc Rotax 951 twin engine. Manufactured using premium cast aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance in marine applications. The Sea-Doo Rotax 951 is a 2-stroke twin with RAVE exhaust valves delivering 88mm bore and 78mm stroke with 6.1:1 compression for responsive watercraft performance.
