Direct replacement 2mm overbore piston kit engineered for the Polaris SL 650 personal watercraft 647cc Fuji 3-cylinder 2-stroke water-cooled engine from 1992 through 1995. The 67.00mm piston delivers reliable ring seal and compression in cylinders bored 2mm over the standard 65.0mm bore for the Polaris SL 650 PWC Fuji 2-stroke engine. Kit comes complete with cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for rebuilding one cylinder of the 647cc 3-cylinder engine. Precision machined on CNC equipment using premium cast aluminum alloy for reliable sealing and power delivery in personal watercraft applications on the Polaris SL 650. The Polaris SL 650 features a Fuji 647cc 3-cylinder 2-stroke water-cooled engine with 65.0mm bore and 65.0mm stroke. Three kits are required for a complete engine rebuild.
