This 1mm oversize piston kit is designed for Yamaha watercraft models spanning the 760cc twin-cylinder and 1200cc triple-cylinder 2-stroke engine families. The 85mm oversize piston provides optimal clearance for proper ring seal and compression in cylinders that have been bored 1mm over the standard 84mm bore. Each kit includes cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston ring, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for Yamaha 760cc and 1200cc watercraft. Manufactured using premium cast aluminum alloy and precision machined on CNC equipment for consistent dimensions and reliable performance.
