Direct replacement oversize piston kit engineered for the Yamaha 784cc liquid-cooled 2-stroke power valve engine used across the GP 800, GP-R 800, XL 800, and XLT 800 models. The 80.5mm oversize piston provides proper clearance for optimal ring seal and reliable 2-stroke performance in power valve watercraft cylinders bored 0.5mm over. Kit comes complete with cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston ring, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a top-end rebuild. Precision machined on CNC equipment using premium cast aluminum alloy for reliable sealing and consistent power delivery in watercraft applications.
