Direct replacement oversize piston kit engineered for the Sea-Doo 1494cc Rotax 4-TEC 1503 4-stroke 3-cylinder engine used in the RXP, RXT, GTR, GTX, Challenger, Speedster, and Islandia models from 2004 through 2015. The 100.5mm oversize piston delivers proper clearance for reliable ring seal and consistent 4-stroke performance in cylinders bored 0.5mm over for the Sea-Doo Rotax engine. Kit comes complete with cast aluminum alloy piston, precision-fitted piston rings, hardened wrist pin, and retaining circlips for a top-end rebuild of the Sea-Doo 4-TEC 1503 engine. Precision machined on CNC equipment using premium cast aluminum alloy for reliable sealing and power delivery in marine watercraft and sport boat applications. Oversize replacement for the Rotax 4-TEC 1503 3-cylinder engine used in Sea-Doo PWC and sport boats requiring 100.5mm bore.
